Hello and Welcome! My name is Laura, founder of Hair by Laura, I’m a Paul Mitchell graduate with over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. I’m certified in Brazilian Blowout, Bellami Hair Extensions, and DreamCatchers Hair Extensions, as well as Keratin Complex and K18 Biomimetic Hairscience. My passion for education has led me to complete advanced training through Masters of Balayage: Blonding & Balayage, and I maintain professional sanitation standards with Barbicide COVID-19 and Disinfection Certification. Over the years, I’ve also had the opportunity to collaborate with Aloxxi on their ANDIAMO social campaign, continuing to grow my expertise and creativity behind the chair. I specialize in custom color and healthy hair transformations, working with all hair types to enhance your natural beauty and confidence. I truly love what I do and I can’t wait to meet you and make you feel your best. 🤍
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy I completely understand that life happens. However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows greatly impact my schedule and other clients waiting for appointments. A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any reschedules or cancellations. Deposits are required for most chemical services and are non-refundable, but will be applied toward your scheduled service. If you cancel within the policy window and do not wish to reschedule, deposit refunds will be processed through my merchant system or e-payment gateway and returned to the original form of payment. No-shows will result in a 30% charge of the scheduled service total. As a courtesy, you’ll receive a confirmation text 24 hours before your appointment. If you’re running more than 10 minutes late, please call or text 951-385-9778. Arrivals beyond that window may require rescheduling to respect the next guest’s appointment time.
