Hello and welcome! My name is Laura of Hair by Laura. With over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, I specialize in refined color work and healthy, transformative hair. I am Certified in Invisible Bead Extensions® (IBE®) a premium, damage-conscious method known for seamless, natural-looking results and long-term hair health. I am also certified in Brazilian Blowout and Bellami Professional Hair Extensions, and I remain dedicated to ongoing advanced education to continually elevate my craft. My advanced training includes Masters of Balayage: Blonding & Balayage, and I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with Aloxxi on their ANDIAMO social campaign, expanding both my artistry and technical expertise behind the chair. I specialize in luxury extension services, custom color, and dimensional blonding creating soft, polished, lived-in results tailored uniquely to you. Every service is performed with a focus on hair integrity, longevity, and an elevated client experience. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy I completely understand that life happens. However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows greatly impact my schedule and other clients waiting for appointments. A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any reschedules or cancellations. Deposits are required for most chemical services and are non-refundable, but will be applied toward your scheduled service. If you cancel within the policy window and do not wish to reschedule, deposit refunds will be processed through my merchant system or e-payment gateway and returned to the original form of payment. No-shows will result in a 30% charge of the scheduled service total. As a courtesy, you’ll receive a confirmation text 24 hours before your appointment. If you’re running more than 10 minutes late, please call or text 951-385-9778. Arrivals beyond that window may require rescheduling to respect the next guest’s appointment time.
